Good, not great, atmosphere today.

But fuck me, game on a knife edge against the team immediately above us in the league and the amount of people leaving was a disgrace.

Okay will take the bait on this one. I had a last train to catch back home to South Wales so left 3 minutes before the end to ensure I made the train. I am still on the train as I speak and will not get home until 12.15am, whereas no doubt you have been home for a while. So, please spare me this crap! I will be there on Tuesday and won’t get home until 3.00am Wednesday morning!

But that’s exactly what I’ll do because I know most of them aren’t on a long train journey, most are more bothered about getting home for Take Me Out or whatever it is they’re so eager to get out of the biggest home game for months for.

I keep hearing we only sing when we are behind and it’s challenge - absolute nonsense. We had that today and their was nothing at all. 5.30 kick off, good opposition, came from behind, lots of away fans .... f all in terms of noise or singing

2-1 up and there was about ten seconds of singing If that. We barely sang anything all game even when winning

The supposed singing section (the whole south stand/ corner) may aswell not be there. Barely any of them sing - especially towards the Colin bell stand. May aswell start again and build a new home end.

But that’s exactly what I’ll do because I know most of them aren’t on a long train journey, most are more bothered about getting home for Take Me Out or whatever it is they’re so eager to get out of the biggest home game for months for.

That seems fair ffs, you have no facts as to why some need to leave early. Plus, in a democratic society it is their choice! If I lived local like I did, then I would stay until the end. But I would never criticise other people’s decisions!

Thought the atmosphere was better than other games of late. Chelsea singing, 'Champions of Europe, you'll never sing that' was a tad tedious, especially as we'll win big ears this year. You heard it here first.

There wasn’t even 60 seconds on the clock when it got it’s first rendition. There are so many wank predictable chants these days.

The two sections mentioned can’t do everything by themselves. I thought south stand lower was okay on a whole today, but if nobody else around the ground is joining in then guess what= ‘no atmosphere’. What’s the alternative no singing at all. That’s what it would be.

I thought it was a bit louder today. I know round where I was sitting it was.

People arriving late could have been down to the traffic. It was very heavy & I think some people hadn’t taken into account the Christmas market traffic!

I know we only made it 10 minutes before kick off & I then had to queue to get in.

But I definitely felt the atmosphere was a lot better than the morgue that was the last match.

As for early leavers I had over half a row to myself for the last 10 minutes (including the 4 added on.) Not sure what we can do about that realistically. The club can’t force people to stay.
