Bring the Noise

Every Manc take a bow. Would love to keep this up. It's so much better going to the match when our ground rocks like this. Every week blues. Enjoy.
Not just Mancs - 4am I got home & then couldn't sleep just buzzing - brilliant atmosphere in 303 despite fair number of 'half/half' wearers near me that didnt cheer our goals - if the vermin had equalised again it would have been ugly.
Hardly heard their fans - ours were brilliant - made a old man very happy

From RAWK:

"I still don't get why fans keep saying we should have won.

City recycled all the loose balls very well. Their fans were the loudest I have ever heard, for the whole 95 minutes. They were really up for it, and worked very, very hard. They could have won by 3-1 if Sterling was more precise".

And there is the difference.

Those magical European nights at Anfield start of with YNWA, then the odd chant of Liverpool, Liverpool, silence, silence, Allez, Allez, silence, silence, goal, fields of.... can't spell it, silence, silence, silence, Liverpool, Liverpool, another goal, Allez, Allez......

Same cbants at the start and after a goal, inbetween silence.

Compare that to the Etihad last night. Almost constant singing bar the edgy last 5 minutes, loads of different chants, 3 winding the Scousers up, etc.

Both good atmospheres, but different. One lasts throughout the match, while the other is sparadic.

Unreal up there last night, noisy and passionate as fuck.

Agree with Tyler to an extent, watched it again when i got home and he mentioned how good the atmosphere was but also said it's not always like this due to us just turning up and blowing teams away, we've become a bit complacent. Having to chase these fuckers for the title will help with the atmosphere imo.
And first half of the season all our home games were against the “smaller” clubs while the remaining ones are all big games

Up in 304 East stand level 3 saw people up on there feet singing that usually just sit there clapping when we score, it was brilliant last night

My eleven-year-old lad said to me with five minutes to go, "Dad my throat hurts, I can't speak, have I not drunk enough water?"

I said, "Son, no, that's what happens when we all support the team."

Two very sore throats today. My lad enjoys going every week going with me, but last night was the first time I felt he was swept up by it all and I didn't need to tell him to concentrate or watch the game, haha!

For me, it was better than Hamburg and certainly on a par with that game against United.

Say what you want about standing sections and stuff, it's always about the needle and just wanting it that much more.
