Brilliant.

Bump

4 concerts announced in UK, 2 at Hyde Park, Edinburgh, Birmingham. Tickets on pre sale Wednesday, general release Thursday. Maybe one of the final times to see the Boss in the UK?

Going to try and get tickets for the villa park one.

He’s one of very few artists I’ve got left to tick off my list of having seen live.

We must have been in the queue together then as we were there all night. I love Steely Dan as well and went to see them at the NEC a few years ago but found them a bit disappointing. They didn't really get going till the last 5 or 6 songs.
I was in that queue too , went both nights as you say exceptional, coincidentally that was the ‘River Tour’
must have seen him over twenty times now including the States, My favourite was at Slane Castle Dublin in 85.
Definitely going to see this tour as I think it’ll be the last in the UK.

One of the worst headliners I have seen was Lofgren at the Apollo, the support act totally and utterly blew him away. Do like Nils with Bruce though.

The support act was Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers who definitely stole the show.NIls spent most of the gig playing whilst jumping on a mini trampoline IRC

Queued up overnight sleeping on the pavement on Hyde Road in 1980/81 It was freezing. All I had was a old RAF great coat to kip under. Got a ticket for the gig due in Feb 1981. It got postponed as I think the Boss was ill. Rescheduled for May and didn’t go as FA Cup final replay was same night. Ended up flogging the ticket to a lad at my 6th form college!!!

Went to that one , with Clarence on Sax and Bruce stopping to relay the " soccer" score . He opened Leeds arena and may just do the same at our new one!

Going to try for Edinburgh tickets plus hopefully get to the states to see him this time
