Seriously this year is the one where we can stamp out authority on the league for the next 5 years.

Get this guy and Rhodri and we are well on our way but i will be interested to see what happens with Sane and Mahrez, i suspect one of them will go.

If Otto goes then we could do worse that have a go for Nathan Ake at Bourmouth.

No idea who he is but this at least shows we're already lining up Gundogan's replacement.

From what i can see,when looking at his stats,he has only really started making people sit up and take notice over the past 18 months while playing in Portugal.Is it a case of him playing in an inferior league,do the figures not tell the whole story or is he a genuine late developer?

That's the question. His shooting and passing ( aggressive passing) seems above par. But his numbers are certainly exaggerated. That said, if you have the necessary tools, playing for a Pep team can and often exaggerates your stats. So he may very well replicate something similar here. Certainly fewer goals as he won't get Penalty and Free kick duties a to himself. But averaging 20 goals and 15 assists shouldn't be out of the realms of possibility.

Just watched a compilation video on YouTube (I know...) and he scores SO. MANY. SCREAMERS. He could be a real threat from distance (which we’ve seen tonight can be the difference against stubborn defences) and set pieces (which we miss when Kev isn’t playing).

His G&A speaks for itself, Bernardo speaks highly of him and he seems a very similar player to Kev. I like how he seems to ride tackles like Kev and still marches forward.
