One incident where Burnley offside.
CITY took free-kick in Burnley half.
FRancis complaining like ref had made tragic mistake.
He didn't realise that player coming back to make a challenge from offside position that free-kick is taken from where challenge occurs.
FRancis the expert should really know the rules.

Both Francis and Savage were embarrassing today. A few moments that stuck out, the late challenge on Sagna and they both congratulated the ref on his decision to not give a free kick, ignoring the slow mo replay where he was clearly fouled. The two at the end where Tarkowski was offside from the free kick and they didn't mention it and the foul on Fernando from the throw in at the end.
