Mate I wouldn't waste your time and effort as some office junior responds with a template response and it goes in the bin.

I cancelled yesterday, that's the way to complain and when viewing numbers and revenues drop, they will start to look why and realise.

The industry is full of corpses that thought they had the golden cow but fell by the wayside and BT will be no different id they dont catch a wake up in regards their juvenile, almost cartoon like coverage of the game.

Yea, I remember. He just can't help hide his bias and he just doesn't care as well. Bet he is seething having to pundit city and that makes me feel a smidge better.
 
Just sent in my complaint and I would urge others to do so. Will be cancelling Bt sport because of their constant digs and snide remarks!!
 
It is bloody typical the year we make the first champions league semi final in our history, it is being shown on some shit obscure paying channel like BT and not in every household in the country on free view ITV. The media as usual wrongly report that the last time we were in a European semi final was when we won it in 1970. Wrong we were in the semi finals the next year,1971,when ravaged by injuries we lost 0-2 to Chelsea on aggregate.
