BT Sport

Any mention that the Worlds biggest club failed to sell circa 800 tickets for a Champions league semi?

Atmosphere ranged from good to incredibly nervy.

At least you guys didn't have Martin Tyler commentating like we had here in Oz.

Shoehorned Rag references at every opportunity - in fact probably mentioned them more then us...

Somebody high up at BT sport has obviously told those wankers to wind their necks in.

I assume the Head of BT Sport Simon Green, since he was forced to apologise on twitter, that he might have had a word or three about it. But I agree they have had their arses kicked, and not having to suffer that Ginger (see you next tuesday) is a bonus in itself.

I'm guessing those saying the atmosphere was poor are rags or wums who wasn't at the game. I know my ears are getting old but the crowd volume on BT seems to be quieter than games on Sky, BT doesn't seem to capture the atmosphere the same IMO.
Anyone else with old ears?

Had to laugh at Cundy and Goldstein on Talkshite on the way home. Poor atmosphere peddling nonsense. Poor atmosphere compared to what? Old Trafford? The Emirates? No worse than any of those places. The Nou Camp and Stadium of Light are nothing to write home about either. Make you piss. The only thing that hacked me off was that there seemed to be no sign on the BT muppets getting any grief pitch side.
The fact is that if there is a problem with poor atmosphere it's a Premier League problem, not a Manchester City problem. Terracing and encouraging young support with better pricing might get us comparable with Germany.
