I think Dixon would be an excellent pundit.

He is articulate, he seems to be intelligent and he always gives us a fair crack of the whip, but then growing up a Blue, it's no surprise that he does.

And, after spending the vast majority of his playing career at Highbury, it's hardly a surprise that he's also very pro-Arsenal.

At least it would make a change from the usual array of ex-rags and red dippers.
