"Bubble Games" in the UK

Regardless, it seems my mate who’s a home and awayer for Burnley (despite living in London), has been in a packed out pub from at least 2pm. Going to be a messy away end.

When I started in the late 70s as a young 16 year old on the building sites everytime A older good looking woman walked past my gaffer would say to me "She would suck you in & blow you out in Bubbles"
Never quite sure what he meant & when I saw the title of this thread I thought I was going to find out :-)

Isn’t there a Burnley supporter who lives close to Ewood and has to go all the way to Turf Moor or did I dream that?
I suppose this way of bussing the Dingles in and out helps the plod with the finger count.
Yeah, I think I read about that before, but wasn't sure if it was these clubs or the South coast, just seen Chester and Wrexham and Swansea Cardiff games have also had this treatment in the past

Official (dry?) coach from your ground to theirs. No stopping, police escort all the way.
Done a few of these in Poland but via train. Riot police in train, anti terror police with guns on us, city Center of Krakow shut down on our arrival and possibility of the train being ambushed in certain areas. Adds a certain edge to the occasion.

I think for a while a lot of Cardiff games used to be "Bubble Games"
