Met the late great Neil Young when I was working in Wilmslow in the early 80's. Had quite a chat and he was a really nice bloke.

Was quite surprised to meet Didi Hamann at my Aunties 90th birthday do about 18 months ago. (turns out he's living with my cousin's daughter)

RSC nearly ran me over in a black sports car (haha) in the lower level car park at Trafford Centre.... I jumped to the side and couldn't let my anger out as I was in awe of this top of the range black ferrari. I said to my mrs: That looks like RSC and had a closer look and it was him...
wish he would of clipped me now. £££

Another car incident.... Opposite The Apollo in Town there is a petrol station and this top of the range gorgeous Bentley - probably one of the best cars I've come across attempted to pull out as we were approaching it.
We didn't wanna let it out but as the car came nearer I saw a black guy driving it.
at first I made a joke about them being drug dealers but on closer inspection I realised it was the man himself: Yaya Toure.
of course Megs (being a big blue herself) courteously let him out and he flashed his hazard lights to say thanks.

And met David Silva more officially recently in the new clubstore in town.
He was signing shirts and whatnot so we decided to wait for him and got the home shirt signed.
