Watching the game.

It's very weird without fans and the associated noise.

Feels very pre-season friendly.

The social distancing is completely non-existent.

Staff are wearing masks but the players aren't.

Not sure if it's just because of the atmosphere but the quality of football makes it seem like a pre-season friendly too. I'd perhaps go so far as to say that it's worse than that.

Maybe it's because the players aren't up to speed or don't really want to be there but it really isn't worth watching unless you have an emotional stake in a particular game.

Absolutely! Imagine if they finish the FA Cup and play it at an empty Wembley. They players will need P.T.S.D. counselling after that weirdness!

Football existed before fans came to watch games and 99% of football is still played with few or no fans. I respect the view of anyone whose enjoyment is diminished, or who questions the wisdom of playing right now, but football behind closed doors is still football, and I enjoyed watching the game today.

Watching the news earlier and wondered why if it’s so safe to restart did the subs have to sit apart and wear masks as well as the back room staff. Utter farce.
