Bielefeld (if it exists) through to the semi finals! Madness
It's about an hour from Osnabruck!

<a class="postlink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bielefeld_Conspiracy" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bielefeld_Conspiracy</a>

That's what Aidan is referring to. :)

Apparently, Klopp has asked for his Dortmund contract to be cancelled in the summer, Tuchel set to take over. Maybe he's coming here?

Labbadia off to HSV, as they wanted an immediate solution instead of waiting for Tuchel.

There seems to be a suggestion that he wants some time off from management though. If he is looking for a new challenge, it's hard to see where he could come to the premiership apart from us.

Mourinho, Van Gaal, Pochettino and Rodgers all unlikely to be leaving. Arsenal is a possibility I suppose but not unless Wenger feels it's time to call it a day.

Wenger might call it a day if Arsenal lift the fa-cup again and maybe forced to leave if they don't. Either way, large sets of gooners would walk to Dortmund, if that was needed to convince Klopp to take over from Wenger, I suppose.

Would rather have Wenger than Klopp. Both have similar faults: too loyal to players, not great tactically, but Wenger can cope with constantly losing his best players, can handle a big club and plays in my opinion the more attractive football.

Anyway the Bundesliga is about to collapse once again. Bayern are about to realise that the English clubs are more attractive than them, except when they were the best in the world. Have to replace a number of key players and won't be able to attract them.

Anyway Kroos Alonso is so much better than Kroos. Bernat signing of the season and it is genius to play Lahm in midfield instead of right back.

Quality, never seen that before.

I trust most have seen this by now but its worth a read if you haven't.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...urgen-Klopp-quits-Borussia-Dortmund-live.html

Scroll down to the 12.37 posting and read upwards.

For those that dont know, the Telegraph newspaper sent a journalist to the Klopp news conference yesterday to 'live blog', but it was obviously conducted entirely in German, and the journalist didnt understand German. The Telegraph is one of the more respected papers in this country!

Reminds me of the time my Dad took my Mum to a theatre performance of sing-a-long Sound Of Music in Salzburg not realising it was being performed in German and they didnt speak a word.

Haha I didnt see that one before. This is hilarious and some of the comments are golden especially the one from the German embassy.

Just wonder why the Telegraph was obviously thinking that the conference would be in English. Bit unprofessional to send someone over who cant speak a word of German.

But he made the best out of it I take it. ;)

Edit: Just seen the video he posted and "Elfmeterschießen", which he read as "Elfmeterscheißen", had me in tears.." We know the last part is a nasty word!".

Guess you can plan your trip to Frankfurt next season! :(

Would have loved to see Darmstadt and K-Town go up, but well....If you ever go to Ingolstadt in the near future make sure to get to a hockey match as well. ERC Ingolstadt as reigning champions are playing the hockey finals against Mannheim as we speak.

Always been a great atmosphere in their new ground when I have been there, so well worth a visit.

Meanwhile the drama at Bayern is just tasty. :) FC Hollywood is back in full force..

There's still a good chance and I keep my fingers crossed both clubs will!

I've just finished a book about the Miracle of Berne, and the number of Kaiserslautern players, who were in that team.

At the risk of sounding like a dumb English idiot, are they "K-Town", or does that refer to Karsruher, who are also in the promotion race?

K-Town indeed refers to Kaiserslautern. The reason they came up with that name is that they have/had a large following of US soldiers who were stationed in the area.

But I am completely fine if you refer to them as I-Town...inbreds *cough, cough*

"Wir scheissen auf Saarbrücken, wir pissen in die Saar, wir hassen Kaiserslautern, Tod und Hass dem FCK!"

Ok ok...I take my coat...

Whereas "Stadt met K" refers to K-ologne, thanks to the character 'K' used for car registartion for owners who live in Köln. 'Stadt met K' is an album by Cologne band "Kasalla" (singing in Cologne dialect "Kölsch"), who became famous during recent carnival seasons (no surprise here)...
enjoy

Good Man!

I might pop over with you next season, as it would be a new ground for me. Just Augsburg, Freiburg, Hoffenheim and Paderborn to tick-off from the current list.

Rhineland’s your man for Cologne. I’m still buzzing from the victory over Frankfurt the other week. Tremendous atmosphere, and even better seats.

Sorry Bembeltown, but I’ve seen your boys four times and you’ve never won. However, I thought your support in Cologne was probably the nearest to a fanatical English following from the mid 80s (and that’s supposed to be a compliment). It was good in Monchengladbach last season as well.

With any luck you could probably tick off Ingolstadt, Augsburg and Freiburg in one or two weekends next season. Doubtful Paderborn will stay up, but I'd like, to visit there - looks a strange ground!
