Bundesliga Thread - 2023/24

Not looking good for Kane, is it? 7 pts behind, Leverkusen have a game in hand.
And Leverkusen play 16th placed Köln to make up that game-in-hand, a games they should win.

Assuming they do, that will leave them needing just 21 points from the final 30 available, meaning even if Bayern win all of their remaining games (unlikely), Leverkusen could lose nearly third of the final 10 matches and pip the Bavarian bottle jobs by a single point. Based on current goal difference, they might even be able to drop an additional point for City 11/12 league special.

Barring a truly Neverkusen meltdown (and a massive turn in form from Bayern), the Kurse of Kane™ looks likely to strike again.

Whenever the camera shows the Bayern brass sitting in the stands looking glum I always [ALWAYS] wonder if any of them are fresh outta the penitentiary, or if they'll be arrested soon and sent up. lolz .... [Freiburg 2-2 BM, btw]
Probably practicing for the next mugshot. Bent fucks. Bayern Munich my ass!

I hope the 50+1 is the next jail term.

Special Birthday celebrations yesterday in Frankfurt when the club celebrated its 125th anniversary.

Founded by a bunch of friends on the 8th of March 1899 and the first German club to play a Champions League/League Winners final which still goes down as one of the best football matches in history.

As part of the celebrations the so called Römerberg (central place to celebrate promotions, titles etc) and the city hall were illuminated.

Just in time for the anniversary we passed 140000 members as well, which puts us at the 4th biggest club in Germany (Bayern, Dortmund and Schalke got more) and I think 10th biggest worldwide.

All the best moody diva!
