I find it astonishing that a player being taken off the training pitch on a stretcher, and then taken to hospital, hasn't been leaked to a media source who has reported it. It may be the case but that really is very very surprising

Had DM saying Kovacic stretchered from training to hospital, bad one. I can’t back up the person who told me, but they’re from a National paper, and since backed up by another solid source.

That was my first thought. If he'd been taken to hospital you'd expect it would be more than a vague rumour. Hopefully something minor that has turned into a chinese whisper
