Certainly merit in that. Please play Leroy.
The only way Leroy starts is by moving Bernardo inside.
For this game we have to be tough in the air & win more 2nd balls than them simple as that.

Close them down quicker than we ever do & we win this game early.

....................Ederson......................
.............Nico..........Laporte.............
..Walker.............................Zinchenko.....
....................Gundagun.........................
..............Silva............Silva...................
..Sterling..........................Leroy............
......................Aguero............................

It's a figure of speech...

Any articles/news i have read are putting KDB as either knee or hamstring. These are rarely less than 3 week injuries which would put him out for the remainder of the league.

Fernandinho has been reported as having a problem in his knee and was scheduled to go for a scan yesterday. Again, that sounds likely to be more than a fortnight out.

These are all press articles so I'm asking if anyone has better info
Got ya.....you made it sound like you had read numerous factual reports, hence my question.

It's been out there for a couple of days it's not kevs knee, get your injury info from on here as that is the most accurate, the media just guess half the time

I just want to see us go for the kill. If we can take the lead I don’t want us to sit on that lead play to keep the ball and try to see the game out, it’s far too dangerous and always leaves a shaky end to the game, get the first and then keep up the intensity to get that second and finish the tie beyond doubt.

I dont get this “poor record” at burnley people are mentioning? i’ve been on every city game at turf moor since the 1990 cup game & can only remember us losing once the other season? unless me being an old fart my memorys going :)

Our last two defeats at Turf Moor came in 2015 and 1974.

The only way the pain of losing to Spurs can be erased fully is for our boys to win the next three games that hunger and desire will be real and hard to resist on Sunday.
I think that is one of the biggest motivations Pep will use with the players now: after all that effort you've put in, do you want to finish the season with *only* a domestic cup(s)? That's what will see us over the line imo.
