Will be heading for the train to Piccadilly soon for a good day out watching gods own team and i will look back at this depressing thread at the end of January and have a good long laugh at some of the knee jerk comments and doom & gloom bollocks that has been posted. The next few games all very winnable and with jesus arriving for some divine intervention what more could we ask for , so cheer up you miserable lot of bastards , and happy new year :)
Eh? Have you been in a coma? Or did I miss something?
Pre Liverpool

Its time we started a match on the front foot and use the undoubted skills of our attacking players. Remember our last premiership winning season when we were 2,3 or maybe 4 goals to good by half time and unbeatable at home. The players have ability so let's for once get on and do it!

We're not being outplayed all over the pitch. But in many games we've struggled in certain areas. Whether its been the dodgy defending or the games when we've struggled to convert chances, or create them. Hence teams like Burnley will approach the game genuinely believing they can get something. Until we start playing as a complete team, the opposition will be motivated to raise their game.

We haven't done this consistently (consistent means two matches running!) and for both halves. I often think that whenever one of ours is on the ball the other ten think he's gonna win the game inside the next fifteen seconds.

Personally think we are a better team without Kun in it. Why that is I am not sure.

I would play KdB as a false nine dropping deeper when needed. He is a cool finisher and he creates more than Kun. In addition when he plays wide he delivers great crosses but no one gets on the end of them.

Sane and Sterling complete the front 3.

Behind them Silva, yaya and Dinho.

Clichy, Kolarov(CB), Otamendi and Sagna.

Surely, against a Burnley team that will almost certainly park the bus, there's a stronger case for playing two strikers rather than none?

Two strikers , three at the back and Fern, Yaya KDB, Silva Sterling
