Burnley - Post match thread

Go Pep that's the fight we want to see. Basically called it corrupt without saying it ha ha. Wow that bodes well, and for those who said he doesn't care that interview tells all. Convinced he will be here longer than three years he will want to crack this league and ram it down their throats when he does. He's really getting to the media and they don't like it up them. First half not quite sure of the tactics. Called the subs correctly as many did on the match thread and went for it. Thought Silva played well but Sergio was great when he came on. Great from the bench and his stats are good, but Kelechi needs more time in learning how to start games and pace for a full 90 minutes and stay in position. Long way to go this season but positive signs that Pep looks like he is on a mission.
This.

He will want to win and ram it back down their throats.

Came on here to say I loved the Pep inerview. Especially the last part about "Are City still in the title race?"

Brilliant response from him, something along the lines of yesterday we are not today we are.
Journalists really are idiots sometimes with their stupid questions. After our game everyone shit talks City, then after todays results (bloody Sunderland), they change their tone.

Ya know, Id hate to be in journalism, well... sport journalism anyway...

This is becoming a common post that is bollocks. People at the game vent, its a human reaction, and it doesnt make anyone a bigger blue to have this view. And you are in the matchday thread most games arent you?
bigger blue? the hell are you on about? And no im not in the match day Thead as I've just said and if I was I'd probably be dead due to a stroke.

Vent your frustration are you taking the piss? It's not as if it's towards the end or even towards the end of the half but it's after 10 fucking minutes, probably sooner before the digs come in. And the stuff that's said is way over the top.

Glad we got the 3pts today, it was a very gutsy win by us, Burnley was playing the usual lets kick everyone in sight tactics, that ref today was crap.........fair do's to Pep for bringing on Silva and Aguero at the start of the 2nd half, both were huge impacts.............well done guys...........

The clown stuff was started after his debut by a huge wum prick. Luckily he rarely posts these days except to take the piss out of starting line ups.
There's someone posting now calling him a clown. I'd be a shite mod!

mod note.

Calling a City player a wanker is not on at all.

Post removed and next time a warning issued.

Fuck me you would think we where ragcafe at times on here!

As much as I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt to Bravo, unfortunately today was the end for me, absolute bag of nerves.

Well said.

Why people need to "vent" online fuck only knows.

Still can't work out whether Mason was following instructions via his ear piece or actually made his own mind up for some of those decisions. I can't believe he gave Ferny a red, yellow at best. Missed countless pushes on Oti and Kola and the foul on Bravo for the goal. Corrupt, shit or both?

I got the impression from peps interview that he's starting to realise that apart from city fans, everyone else wants us to fail. He looked mean and angry and I don't think only the players made him feel like that, I'm sure the ref was the main reason :-)
You could really feel the fire in his belly, he doesn't want to fail here.
