Would you want either managing City, ever?

I wouldn't mind Howe or even Graham Potter, but we have Pep at the minute so I will go with him.

Yes I would, they do well with very little, the only way you can tell if they can handle a big job is to be given one on merit.

Who would risk that though? He’s always going to be the no frills, Mike Bassett type of manager.

Odd isnt it how most fans of American owned clubs moan that the owners dont put money into their clubs but take money out.

Howe will be sacked at Newcastle by Xmas in all likelihood. Not sure he’s a viable candidate to replace Pep.

Southgate failed at a club that wasn't a top club, now if he managed Arsenal or Spurs or the Scousers or Rags you might have a point. My point stands, when English managers consistently get jobs at top clubs then the point could be made.

The rags have stumbled from every nationality since Fergie and failed. Eric tent peg is their new beau because he's had success domestically with the biggest club in the Dutch league.

He’s not that far off, as his teams continually miss chance after chance..
