Burnley tickets "coming soon"?

I’m content with the 18-25 allocation. My days of going to virtually every game are gone. Demand exceeds supply and the corporate allocation doesn’t help
This was always going to be a tough one cock stride down the road, their first game back in prem, first game of a new season, small allocation and we're successful the perfect storm unfortunately.

It’s on telly so not going to miss the actual game

Allocation of only 2200 is a major factor

Clubs like this do that. How I hark for places like Leicester who give 3200

Lost three clubs last season who all gave 3k or slightly more and replaced with only one. It’s possible that the combined Luton and Burnley allocation will be less than Leicester.

It’s more the % than the actual number which should probably be of most concern. Looks like only about 40% went on points for this game.

As discussed on the seat counter thread, it’s looking like people who have more or less been guaranteed a ticket to every game in the past are going to be right on the threshold for some games this season.

That away end at Burnley has become uncomfortably dangerous in recent years, since they shut the exits at the bottom and forced everyone in and out of one staircase in the middle of the stand
Was genuinely concerned about people’s safety when we won 1-0 there last season, fans were being crushed at half time
I had brought my nephew and had to look out for him, unacceptable. Older fans were clearly distressed and frightened. At least half a dozen people were left on the deck at half time by the crush.
Wrote a complaint to their safety officer and Lancashire Police afterwards, zero replies other than the pro forma ‘we have received your letter’
Glad to give it a miss this time

In the 2012 title season we had iirc Bolton, Wigan, Burnley, Blackburn, all within an hour and most giving decent allocations. Sunderland always a decent allocation and stadium as well
Now we have southern shitheaps like Bournemouth, Brentford and Luton giving out league 1 allocations

I remember 4 or 5 years ago at Turf Moor the police were effectively kettling the City fans outside the turnstile block pre-match and the crush was bad then too.
