Burnley tickets "coming soon"?

Royal Mail are useless the last organization Id use for logistics
Should partner with Amazon who can delivery before 10am from an order placed 12 hours previously

Does anyone know when the club actually receives the tickets from the home club. If they have them when the ticket sale process starts why can’t they be delivered 48 hours after the match is sold out. Should mean everyone has their tickets seven to days prior to match day and then if there are issues there isn’t so much of a panic. It isn’t rocket science to have bought something and expect it to be delivered in advance.

mobile tickets and the way to go so much easier. Saves all that hassle
Did you see the arsenal game yesterday was delayed by 30 mins due to technical issues with digital tickets?? And even if it was all digital would you trust city to get the tickets sent out on time??

Plus all away grounds have different systems with. PAH would work better as it does for home games.

We used digital tickets for a couple of away games last season it’s the way it’s going the sooner the better.

I wouldn’t trust city’s ticket office on anything but least if you rang up to say you didn’t receive it it’s only an email they need to send not getting you to go to the ticket office and queue up

Even paper tickets these days rely on a barcode and electronic access, so that’s not really a reason why technical issues couldn’t affect things. I can’t remember the last time someone was actually in the turnstile, checking the tickets and manually letting you in.

With the Charity Shield it wasn’t a case of City sending digital tickets out. Within seconds of purchasing the ticket was automatically emailed and available to download.

Our charity tickets were sent/emailed weeks after we bought them.

Right. Dunno why the difference then. I got a ping that the email had arrived while I was still on the ordering page. Literally a matter of seconds after I’d paid.

Probably depending when the tickets were purchased one may have been bought a lot closer to the date of the match. I bought my 2 tickets on the 15/07 got my email straight away saying the where purchased but didn’t receive my email with the actual ticket until 12 days later the 27/07
