Love Pep but I don't buy into this football paranoia about the need to constantly rest players.
Strongest team every time and manage their rest and recovery better between matches.
Football sport science still in the dark ages in this respect - despite all the read outs and heart monitors.

He clearly isn't showing it in training and Pep has said that sometimes players need time to adapt. When he has come on he has looked like a rabbit in the headlights....he maybe one that doesn't work out but Pep is clearly managing him to try and make it work for the lad. He looks like a confidence player and one that could be great but also one that could be scared out of a game quite easily at present
I agree to a degree, he has looked lost but sometimes a player needs to be given a chance - as you say he seems a confidence player and perhaps a start or two may be a turning point. Certainly I trust Pep, but I am a little worried that he has quickly reverted to relying on players like Kolarov, Fernando and Sagna who I for one thought would be gone given their age and propensity to commit errors at crucial times. I suppose we will find out in 90 mins when we may be calling this selection genius!

Clearly he must feel for this type of opponent, he has selected the strongest team.
