no it doesn’t, it allows a more stable club to rise into its place and give the same amount of jobs out.
 
maybe but not necessarily to the same people,i dont think in this current climate any other club can spring up and replace it

naive Karen, the fact they don’t have cash reserves tells the story that they don’t deserve to be in the division in the first place.
Think about Leeds, Fulham etc. all better run now and funded. Their promotions will improve jobs for their people. So the same amount of people have work.
No sympathy for them.

It's a shame FFP wasn't a sincere attempt to stop clubs getting into this sort of state, but of course if it had been then debt would have been an issue. That ginger voice-box **** has spent the last few years shoe-horning the word 'money' into the same sentence as city at every opportunity - looks like he had issues closer to home.
