Disagree slightly. Economics to a degree, along with certain others factors. However, a large chunk of people just couldn't be arsed or would rather watch it on tv. That is the one reason no one likes to admit to but that is the case.
I said that about Mahrez a while back ,theres that little movement compared with how most people run, he appears to glide

It was all the limited BM budget would allow. You can't warn someone on page 53 about the contents of page 52.
Yes you can. See top of page 53.You can't warn someone on page 53 about the contents of page 52.
Based on their running player ratings for the Cup games, so him coming off literally did mean he was left off. ;-)They left kev out & put Mahrez in? No wonder he was pissed off going down the tunnel.
Only missed one home game that 1987 season - the 10-1. Only missed one home game so far this season due to work commitments - The 9-0. Oh yeah, and whilst i am at it only ever missed one game away in North East of England since I can ever recall - due to a wedding - and that was the 1-8 v Middlesbrough. Recall a lot of 0-0s fondly over the years though...And for some yes. I suppose it's their choice. Midweek, tough day at work, cold knackered, got to be up early the next day for work again ... whatever, feet up in front of the TV is what they want.
Not every game will sell out. Never did. The famous 10-1 had a crowd of 19,000 ..... (nearly missed that meself, as had landed on an overnight from Tokyo at 7am, knackered and planned to ditch the game, until mate phoned me telling me he was in our local with a beer in for me, and not to be 'so fuckin' soft' :D
