When you add pensions being a further 47.6% of the welfare budget, you begin to see how small the issue is about the disability benefit side of the welfare budget.40% of those on benefits are in work.
WHen Tories talk about making work pay they don't go on to say the next bit is to do that they have to make their mates and donors put their hands in the pockets and pay more whilst personally accepting less and that ain't gonna happen
