Spot on

Why did the branch move from the Metro Club to the Robin? - just curious that's all
I heard it was because of a charity do (help the heroes), the metro wanted to charge for the room instead of just making on the takings at the bar. They had that do accross the road in the Legion in the end, they didn't charge for the room or the buffet and they still took about 3 grand on the bar that night.
Also if you wern't a member of the metro itself they would charge you at the door, all one way traffic i think.

Its a shame , wasn't a bad venue , not a bad pint, beer a little cheaper and a good room upstairs, but as i say, if its all one way it wouldn't work would it. Especially when charity's are involved.
The match day bus was still picking a few up from there though.
The Robin Hood, now its full of blues :-)

How fucking petty to fall out over where someone lives. By this "logic" loads of blues should have turned red when we moved to the Etihad. 1 mile, 10 miles, 100 miles... we are (supposedly) fellow City fans for fuck's sake although you wouldn't know it from some of the posts on here.

Brilliant MCFC flag by the way.
