If we have an offer accepted he will sign. Until then, it is just speculation.

I still believe this latest, very fractured quote is a sidestep. I believe the 'City?' part has been placed. He says he has rejected offers in the past. not he has rejected us. its cleverly worded, as you would expect from a politicians website.
 
Its pissing me off now it is a stupid offer anyway not so much the 100 million to AC but the wages 300k to 500k a week would unsettle the squad lets move on

To be fair, he isn't going to say anything about joining us until Milan actually accept an offer for us.

Those quotes are likely to be old as i can't see him going into such detail about how there is a heirachy at Milan with Madlini and Ambrosini ahead of him in Captain status....not now, unless he is really friendly with a journalist and he has managed to get a detailed interview done with him.....again not likely given the situation.

We go back with a bigger offer and i wouldn't be surprised to hear a different story.

If the transfer was off, Milan would have released some sort of statement saying so....seen as though they have released one saying we're in talks.

Plus Berlusconi is a liar.

sorry but thats ridiculas......i thought our board wernt going to be held to ransom?

this price would bump up the price for every other transfer target we go for, not to mention give AC milan the chance to compete with us to buy some of the other best players around........hmmmmmm.........odd, odd, day!

Original offer was 91M and Cooke has been told 100M is the maximum he can pay!
 
Why do i get the feeling Kaka has given City a yes in last few weeks. Why would Cook bother going to Milan if Kaka has said via thrid parties / agents "I'm not going to City" or "I want to stay at Milan". I know the official route but there is no way City just flew to Milan with a bag of cash and no plan. We are not that daft these days (are we ?)

Something stinks with the latest statement from Kaka. Sounds like he doesn't want sh1t if he goes so is putting decision on club. Thus club will hold out for enormous offer.

My guess is the media have assumed we're paying £100m. I'd say we've offered less, but Milan are pushing for max. If we agree a big fee, then they can come out and say it was too good. Kaka can jump on that wagon saying it will 'save' the club etc

Just a real shame the press have hold of it as now the world can't wait to see us fook up!!! Hopefully ADUG will do everything to not lose face.

The hold up could be City want the fee to be undisclosed, Milan want to write it in the sky....
