Very true!

He has not signed yet and to be honest I really thought this would pan out till summer, that said my contacts tell me that we have made a strong offer and it is NOT what the press is reporting at all but the offer is lower!

Cooke has handled all the negotiations over the last two weeks after he was given the green light from the ADUG.

I am meeting for lunch in about an hour, the sun is shining, just had my car washed and am proudly showing it off in the office car park with a BIG City Flag across the rear windscreen :)

Regardless of pulling this off this month - I am today a very happy man as today we have clearly shown the world what our intentions are.
