Absolutely, even with this squad WE WILL get better having had a full season under our belt together, seeing what he's achieved the players will have more belief in his methods aswell.

Especially now the monkey is off the players back - they won silverware, they are in the CL, they now believe they can win whenever they step out onto the pitch.

Off course he can, one good thing about City's board is that unlike Chelsea with Abramovich running every little thing from top to bottom, our board allows the manager to pick and choose his targets, Mancini has a great opportunity to shape a future winning City squad that hopefully will not only win the league next year but ensure success in the future. I am very confident in RM, and based on this seasons result and the resources at his disposal i am sure he will deliver.
