why do you need to tell him something he already knows?

My old boss used to call the factory lads grunts, lay a load of them off every xmas and has had more top of the range cars than Ive had got dinners. Porche/Ferrari/Bentley the lot.
He looked after the sales Managers because without them there was nothing.
Wasnt always nice but he had the bollocks to make the place successful and lived with the constant pressure of failure.
Was always happy to give anyone the chance to earn big by getting out selling.
Other than that, get on with or fuck off was the attitude.

ha - we might be talking about the same place!
 
I think you should use good old fashioned post for that one! Type it up on your pc, print it off and post it to the f**ker! He'd get that wouldn't he? Just go to a post box miles from where you live if you care enough to do it!

Sounds like most places these days. Thats the way the world is today.
 
I'm gonna e-mither meself later, anonymously of course, and question the whereabouts of my holiday, sick or indeed any kind of pay. I get no fag breaks or dinner hour and i don't even have a bog within shitting distance.
I practically run the place and get no fuckin thanks off anyone either. And, i have to walk to work. I'm a bastard.
 
I think you need to ask yourself "What do I want to achieve?" Because if it's change in the way the company is run, an anonymous letter to the MD isn't going to do it. There's very little chance that he will even read it so I'd suggest it was a waste of time.

If your view is the true view of the majority, then why not put something together and everyone take responsibility?

At the end of the day, you either stick your head above the parapet or you accept the way things are.
