i think City ATM isnt ready for win the title. despite the apparence of a large squad the real problem is the lack of depth in strenght , too many of the so called reserve being just passengers who dont offer to the manager an effective alternative for rotation or/and injuries . decisive will be january tranfer window because there are some players where City lack of a credible (long term) backup

If we are in touch at Christmas and Bobby manages to land his targets in the window then i will be very confident of going on and pushing for the title.

I was , together with a few other , already confident at the start of the season , but now i've to admit i was wrong. this first 3 season's months are here to show how many possible points had cost the injuries to key players like kolarov and balotelli , and the both still havn't backups , as much as other 2 key players like tevez and , first of all , silva.

now we know how hard may be find good/very good players in the january window , then remains only to hope that these key players do not have injuries during the rest of the season.

i`d have to say why not eh? we`re up there,it`s wide open and if anybody puts a decent run together they could have a bit of breathing space between them and the rest come christmas.
Play like we did in the first 45 against fulham for the rest of the season and nobody will get near us.

I think to win the title we would need to win at least 10 of our last 12 home games and 8 more away. That is a big ask.

If we are as focused and together as yesterday then anything is possible but lack of experience in these situations could be our downfall in the end.

My prediction is we stay within 5/6 points of the leaders until March then tail off a bit. Think we will finish 4th this season though.

Dont under estimate the pulling power of Money/Bobby and an excellent league position that promises as a minimum, CL football the following season.

Can we win the Premier League?, with Wenger saying it's the most open he's known the league since joining Arsenal in 1996 I think if we can get a good run together there's no reason why we can't win it.

On paper our squad is as good as any other in the league in my opinion, our defence is rock solid, the key ingredient to any title winning side. With our full first team fit and in the correct system the goals are starting to fly in, and we've got the added bonus of being able to add to the squad in January.

With a bit of luck I think it's more than achievable.

Dont even think about it - personally i take every game as it comes - we win have a smile on my face all week - get beat uber pissed off although this dont happen too often

If we play like we did against Fulham every game i can't see any team coming close to us, after January i can see team for team we'll be miles ahead of anyone else. Again though we need to be consistent and get a good run going now and put some pressure on the top 3.

before the season started i never thought ANY squad of players purchased could have challenged chelsea, but after a few poor losses and draws we are poised to take 1st going into jan.

we are just starting to show top form and our fixtures are favorable.

A bit of consistency would aid our cause a lot, but it still looks a bit doubtful in my opinion.
