Can we do this to stop Delap's throw ins

You have to stand 2-3 yards from the touch line. So we don't we get Santa Cruz onto Adebayor's shoulders and that way he won't be able to throw the ball that far

Can only see one flaw in your otherwise fantastic suggestion - it would mean picking an obviously unfit Santa Cruz again. What about just getting Bellamy to just fucking tread on both of his arms when the ref's back is turned?

Or we could get a keeper who can catch the ball.

Oh please, please tell me how great Shay is again.

'Both' goals would have been stopped by my lad who plays for his college.

At least we can thank the ref for the point.

Don't know if there's any rule against that. Might set a dangerous precedent where delap sits on someones shoulders to launch balls into the box and all the stoke forwards climb on Sorensons outstretched arms to outleap toure and lescot. They'll have no worries of us hitting them on the break as we only ever pass sideways

Another thread turning into slagging off the players, great, just what we need, i wonder who will be next.

The only rule is to stand 2-3 yards away from the touchline

Nice idea, but wouldn't sticking 6'5" Stuart Taylor in goal instead of 6' Given be more practical. Of all the throw ins last night, I can only recall Given clearing the ball once.

Also, why is it only Delap, of all the players in the country, can chuck the ball any distance? Doesn't seem that difficult to me. Come on Micah, get some practice in.
