thats only if their is a fee involved, i cant find anything to suggest that they paid one. teh fa website says if they didntwe can recall him at anypoint after an initial three months

The 'fee' is Birmingham paying his wages.

The loan rules are very clear. We cannot racall Hart. We can ask Birmingham to send him back, but it's up to them.

pretty sure the fa rules posted are spot on. they changed them a couple of years back, tightened the whole thing up. there are only two types of loan, emergency loans that are only sanctioned under exceptional circumstances, and season/half season loans.....in the prem, at least, fees don't come into it. this is a season long loan. birmingham have his registration and you can't transfer a registration outside of the window. birmingham have no say in the matter. otherwise the system would be open to all sorts of abuse.

And Shay.

I can't believe the shit that some people come out with on here.

Shay Given suffers a serious injury and there are already sly digs at him.

Unbelievable!

So called fans like you make me sick.

Re read it and you're right.

I was going off the old rules when there was the possibility of loaned palyers being returned early. It's now fixed as you say, and any notion of Hart coming back can be totally put to bed.

Hart seems to be that he wants to stay where he is, likes the club etc. For some reason I don't think we'll see him back.
