Can we recall Hart?

There's no way we can let Joe out on\loan again next year. Shay might nit be ready for the start of the season for all we know, this is a shoulder weaken by a previousinjury and surgery from what I've read, he may not be right for some time and even if he is, can we really risk not having a first class number 2 knowing our number 1 may be subject to injury? I wouldn't be surprised at Joe being first choice at the start of next season with Shay taking his time to get fully back.

pretty sure the fa rules posted are spot on. they changed them a couple of years back, tightened the whole thing up. there are only two types of loan, emergency loans that are only sanctioned under exceptional circumstances, and season/half season loans.....in the prem, at least, fees don't come into it. this is a season long loan. birmingham have his registration and you can't transfer a registration outside of the window. birmingham have no say in the matter. otherwise the system would be open to all sorts of abuse.

Re read it and you're right.

I was going off the old rules when there was the possibility of loaned palyers being returned early. It's now fixed as you say, and any notion of Hart coming back can be totally put to bed.
but Premier League rules say
7.6.2 the Temporary Transfer of a goalkeeper which in its absolute discretion the Board may allow in circumstances it considers to be exceptional;

could Joe be such a transfer?

I can't find any other reference in the Prem Rules

can you point me to the relevant part about loans being fixed?
