It should lead to businesses being more "efficient".

The company I work for makes instrumentation for industrial processes. As the industries we supply include food manufacturers, brewers, distillers and pharmaceutical manufacturers I can claim it's legitimate.

Pretty much any job, the world will find a way to go on without. Except being a Parent possibly. The world would go on without me but kids in foster care would find it tougher to get a start in life. Not sure the world really notices slightly fewer people ending up homeless or going to prison.
