Sorry, I'm not getting this. Can you make it plain as to what roles Regis and Hodgson, you think, will have in this new Utopian England set up.

Hodgson - nothing. as i explained, the FA approached Hodgson while Redknapp's court case was in it's early stages. The FA have been pondering the Holland set up when they appointed van Basten with no experience.

Cyrille Regis will be the head of a team of coaches but will be what we see as the "team manager". Pearce, possibly Southgate, Ince, maybe Adams, David James, Alan Shearer with a couple of more experienced coaches such as Rix and Wilkins will be involved. Ultimately though, Regis will be the man.

Meth Amphetemine. Baaaaaaaaaad stuff !!!

So your inference is this. Regis, who to my knowledge, hasn't set the coaching world alight, will be appointed "team manager" purely because of the colour of his skin. If I've got the inference wrong, well then I apologise.

not at all. he's a coach in his own right and seen as the man to lead the new england forward. hodgson has had him working at the hawthorns on the quiet. hodgson is also highly regarded within the FA, hence he was the front runner during the trial. the FA almost resigned themselves to the fact that Redknapp was untouchable and began looking at other options.

Out of every single possibility.....Regis? Why on earth, Cyril Regis. Come on.

The fact that MVB was one of Holland's greatest ever players may have had something to do with him being selected for them.

Regis. Christ almighty. Shit storm wouldn't be the words

No doubt in my mind 'Arry would be the right man for the job. We'll still fail miserably in every major competition, but at least we'll give it a go.

Redknapp would be no better than capello imo, he is not a tactical manager, all motivation.
England don't have the players in key areas to play the redknapp way, big striker fast wingers win the second ball, played this at pompey and west ham, this would soon be sussed out at international level imo.

He has shown he struggles to change a game from the bench and doesn't really have a plan b.

Been fairly lucky at spurs to inherit the players he did, although bear in mind only an injury crisis stopped him sending bale out to forrest on loan, not convinced he can spot a player either given some of his purchases over the years, although you can probably level that at most managers.

Having said this he is still prob the best English candidate.

fucking hell, it's not my decision. i'm simply telling people on here what i know. lucky toma runs a fucking online newspaper dedicated solely to football and has backed up what i've said. why not have a go at him. if this shit carries on i'll report it to the mods.

i'll leave it for now but if you want a little bonus, get a tenner on it tomorrow. you'll probably get 100/1 at the moment but it won't last.

Micah might as well declare his retirement from international football. Because theres no chance 'arry will pick him over Walker (even though every impartial person knows Micah has been the best right back this season by a country mile).

My God! And who at the FA came up with this master plan! So, this is the FA's answer to the charge that there are no prominent black managers or coaches in the English game and also their solution to stemming racism in the sport.

Good luck with that one lads!!
