Doubt he will play the first team for this.

Most of our back up players are first team quality and it will probably be 10 of those and one of the younger players.

This cup won't be a major priority this season in my opinion.

squad players all the way for this one mate, with the likes of bony,nasri,clichy,cabellero,MDM,fernando,delph,otamendi(as it stands) with a couple of youngsters in like kelchi and hopefully roberts.
i would expect some big guns on the bench, sterling and silva etc if we need a cavalry charge near the end

One of the keys to keeping a squad of players happy is not developing a 1st team and back up mentality because that just de-motivates the back up. We saw it last year.
Our squad is pretty strong everywhere so for me he should be mixing and matching those we feel are first teasers and the 'second string'. 3 juniors on bench to be introduced when hopefully tie win. Same should happen in the prem

Wouldn't be strong enough up top, Bony would have to come in for someone. Can't have 3 youngsters in our 4 most attacking positions.

If you read my post, I've already said that in reality, Bony will play. But more to the point, you don't think Iheanacho, Nasri, Garcia and Roberts can get past O'Shea and Coates? I hope the club has more faith in the young players than you. I think that team could easily score 3 or 4 goals if they play well.
