Probably because since getting with a celebrity bird Dias' performances haven't been great. Get that back on track and then he probably has a shout.Got to be Dias. Not sure why loads are saying Rodri?

The team pick it.Rodri, Gundo and Dias to be the main three.
Haaland, Bernie, Eddie and possibly Kova/Stones to be backup group.
Gvardiol the wild card if we have another stinker with injuries.
Pep will probably choose Carson!

He cut out the bad decisions and bad timing of tackles. Almost like he had found another way to release his 'tension'.Which says a lot, as he wasn’t great, even then.
I also think he stepped up for the team and is a good shout for captain.

I like successions. I think it will be Dias. I think he can potentially get usurped by Khusanov in terms of actually getting playing time, still id still make him captain.Lewis or O'Reilly, obviously. Good, solid reliable academy products.

He is the team's greatest cheerleader. Yes, Rodri is supremely qualified, but its Dias's turn. Granted Kevin was cheated out of half his turn when they gave it to Kyle. ( I'm still bitter about that).
The fact Kyle decided to quit in the middle of our hardest period in the last decade, suggest strongly he should have never been captain. But let me leave that alone :(
