Car Parking Season Tickets

Has anyone been down to the ground and by chance seen if barriers have been installed on the car parks? If not HTF is ANPR going to work? Without automatic barriers the car parks will still be first come first served, even if you've bought an advance ticket.

Are they going to have a bunch of ShowSec numpties with contactless payment machines waving cars through?
I parked on the blue car park yesterday. No barriers. Just a guy in a high view jacket. I'd say that car park is a maximum of 30% of the pre-covid capacity.

It's currently being used as a test centre and people being vaccinated use it too.

I'd advise anyone wanting to use it on Saturday to get there very early.

Is that the same for the other one next to it?

Not sure which other one you mean?

As you enter the blue car park, on the left hand side there's a tented 'village' where all the covid testing is done. No parking on there now.

The main car park is used by people getting vaccinated and by City fans going to the match.

Let me know if I've got the wrong end of the stick :-)

Can you record it next time and then you can send him a virtual tour of all car parks in the vicinity .
I think he has a fetish!

I think yer right. I always thought the blue car park was the one on the right as yer turned and last year it was only ST car park tickets that got you on - the payers were the ones who had to motor on down the road and come at the end. The wide walkway separates them. I thought the one on the left as you turned into blue car park had a different colour1
