Carabao Cup - Oxford United (A) 25/09 1945hrs

Getting a bit silly this now - there are transport bookings to be made.
I am not really worried about the criteria. The fact they are being so tardy suggests they dont see much demand.

You lot will sell all of yours surely? Definitely cutting it a bit fine though tbf.

I reckon sorting out travel refunds for the rearranged Spurs fixture will be taking up time / capacity, as we won’t have had a process in place for handling these.

Also, Cardiff and Liverpool are on sale atm.

Finally got through on the phone this morning.

The guy I spoke to had no information about Oxford away.

When I asked if he could ask a manager or his supervisor, he said there was no point as if there was any information available, he would have already been told.

At this point I put the phone down.

I hear what you are saying - but we knew there was going to be a match in this round.
Also - the travel refunds are not urgent. (The important and welcome matter is that the club made the gesture).
The money will be paid whereas there is a practical deadline for the Oxford match. Can't book travel and that has a cost.

Crazy nothing announced yet when game is 2 weeks today.
I can see lots of issues here with tickets not arriving in time and people having to collect on the day
I sent a tweet to supporter services and just had a reply which said they don’t have any info on tickets at the moment and when they do it will be posted online.

I agree mate that we should know what the score is on the Oxford Tickets by now. Likewise, the Spurs refunds aren’t urgent but they might get prioritised by the Club because it is more sensitive to some fans and the media.

Makes you wonder whether there’s a process for anything in the ticket office. I’m not usually one to moan but they do seem to incur the same issues year after year...
