Sounds like the Champions League rigged draw.The third round pre-draw has already been made to decide whether the eight teams involved in European competitions will be at home or away.
Because the Champions League and Europa League kick off in mid-September, the EFL have decided to separate teams playing in Europe to ensure they can play on at least one of those midweeks.
There are eight such clubs this season - and they will be kept in a separate 'bowl'.
