Should be sent to person who bookedHi, i've just bought a ticket on the club website for this game. will the tickets be sent to our address or will we have to collect at west ham? i haven't been on an away day for about 3 years so not sure how it works now especially after COVID restrictions.

Not sure where the extra tickets are from but at 3 pm when I booked ours there were just over 100 left but now in the same blocks there are over 600.600ish tickets available for this online - not sure if that's the additional release or not

When they announced the sales they said “an initial allocation” of 3000. I can’t actually remember if the league cup has the same 15% rule as the fa cup but it used to.

how do I persuade the website that I only want 1 ticket? It wants to give me two which I can't then buy.
My first attempt to buy, it tried to sell me 2, second attempted it wanted me to buy 3 then, at the third attempt, it all went swimmingly!
I've booked a night at the Snoozebox - at 50 notes I thought was quite reasonable. Train to Euston then DLR to Puddling Mill Lane .
Can't wait!
