For people ringing up - can you ask for a specific row and block (or even seat no!), we used to pick online but after last years problem at the final where a cluster of people at the front near the posh seats (ie not behind the goal but near the dugouts) stood up throughout, despite no one around them doing so. Mum is on crutches and cannot stand, they just gave her a load of jip. So for the shield we picked row 15 on the phone instead of 8 :(

Yes when you ring up you can request specific block, row, seat numbers. I did that on previous years because you couldn't do that online. But as I think you've seen you can now do the same online and pick exact seats. Only issue I saw online was the picklist for choosing your block is full of blank rows instead of the actual block numbers. But if you go to the stadium plan you can click on a block and then it takes you to the detailed seating plan for that block. All very good if they have corrected the problem we had this monring where you got to the front of the queue only to be told there was an error and get in the quueue again.

Apparently you can despite it saying you can’t in the ticket details. I did the same. 4 adults and a junior pull through, than found out I could’ve done it online. Got in touch with supporter services via twitter and they refunded £12.50 (5 booking fees)
 
All this category 1-5 crap always confuses me. I think category 5 is up in the God's but where are the rest located??

Next time (FA Cup Final) I'll do it online.

It's 10am yes? Not 9? Read someone on here say 9, but that was probably just a slip of the tongue ;)
 
Managed it on 2nd attempt - in queue on the phone so trying online at same time, first lot of tickets said "failed" after it put me in a queueit system once i hit pay, so i tried again the row behind, got them - but it didn't have anywhere to put a new payment in so instead of me paying it's gone on mums stored card.
But we have tickets :) AGAIN!! May as well be spurs and move to wembley eh ;)
