Carabao tickets crashed...

I'm in a queue on the phone

It's not telling me what position I am in the queue like it normally does. Not sure if its not working properly

I’ve lost my place twice now.
Was 71 then it said there was an error
Then 705 and again it said there was an error when redirecting to the site
Now it says I’m 1260 and it has paused twice.

I think queuing at the ticket office at 6 in the morning in freezing temperatures is preferable to this slow painful death
 
Why the hell can you not get eligible kids tickets at the same time online, yet other weeks you can, utter shite is the only way to describe our website, pathetic
 
Was waiting from 8.55 and got through approx. 8 times on the website only to be told when I was put through 'error occurred', I just kept pressing the back button till eventually getting on to the ticketing site at 9.28.
Success eventually.
 
And you can't get on to book other tickets (e.g. Everton).
Stupid to have it down to under 16K to start with. But it worked OK last year without a queuing system - another improvement that isn't. I was 8 in the queue after logging in 6 mins before 9 am. Finall got in after 20 minutes.

It says on the ticket details that junior pull throughs are only available over the phone for this match

I've just managed to get through after 1/2 hr waiting, with no indication what position I was

Only problem was, the junior pull throughs weren't working but he reserved the seats I chose and said he push through the transaction when its up and running. Bit sceptical, I'll be keeping an eye on it

Of course the only thing with buying over the phone is that it costs an extra £2.50 per ticket !!!

Well I've been fuckin conned in that case cos it definitely says it

"Please note, this option is only available to supporters purchasing over the phone, and all juniors must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over)."

So I've just spent 30 minutes out of work on the phone and had to pay an extra £12.50 in booking fees that I didn't need to. Just another reason for me to be utterly fucked off with our club this week

Just been on city's website to check this information and you are dead right, luckily for me I didn't see it so persevered with the website. The website is awful and they are obviously struggling to cope with demand
 
said I was 1615 in the queue, then instantly took me to the page, picked tickets, bought them no problem,
