Carlos hands in transfer request

Didn't Tolmie hint at this recently, something about the King leaving?

If it's true, we'll replace him and move on. Torres please.

this,i said the same a few pages back, can remember him saying that tevez leaving is a posssibility

I want Carlos to stay of course. But if he doesn't want to stay to help us try to win the league then at least we know a little more about what we need in Jan

keepers - no
defenders - no
midfielders - no

strikers - yes, lots!
Ade/ Jo/ RSC/ Tev
1 certainly
2 certainly
3 sadly maybe but it looks that way
4 hopefully not but if so then get on with it

No player is bigger than the club and no greedy bastard agent is either

If its the kids he is worried about then fair enough. Do the deal till the end of the season and then part amicably. If its greed then take the piss out of the greedy fuckers.

The days when we need to beg are long gone.

They're all in it for the money so lying comes easily. Loyalty in football died a long time ago.

One day being happy at 2nd in the league...one day would have been nice....didn't even get the night :-(

Don't blame Tevez if its personal problems its just so bad luck for us. City will do all they can to keep him. It's not looking great but it's not over yet. The press had Rooney going for sure and look where he is.

One thing is for sure City will have to say something soon one way or another but until they do there is a chance he will stay. Keep everything crossed.

When I nodded off everything was great for us blues, now this.

Aaaah well, at least his replacement won't be Michael Owen.
It wont be easy replacing him - if it comes to that.

Forget Torres. Benzema and maybe Dzeko, but will their clubs sell them? Maybe we have the answer already ... Adebayor. Just needs games. Heard lots of grumbles about his attitude, but if you're not starting, you're not going to be happy. He has a chance now

Gutted. Hope it's just about his family which would be understandable. It'll hurt a lot more if he does one to somewhere else in Europe, or worse still, the Premier League. However, I do not think him irreplaceable. He's been so much better than I anticipated when he came but I think in his absence the void will quite easily be filled, in the same way it has always been filled at the rags; Cantona; Cole and Yorke; Van Nistelrooy; Ronaldo; Rooney; Berbatov(?). Now, we have a squad capable of creating those chances and whoever is leading the line will score goals aplenty, whether it's Balotelli, Adebayor, Torres or Dzeko.
