The ironic thing is that I keep reading analyses of the United and Newcastle matches where Mancini was "brilliant" to have subbed in De Jong, which is actually an attacking subsitution and not a defensive change, because it allows Yaya to push forward.

Now, remember back to Munich in September: what started the whole row with Tevez? Dejong subbed on for Dzeko, Edin was pissed because he thought it was a defensive change and Tevez thought he'd wasted his time warming up.

It was the same tactics although back then and basically have been all season when both Yaya and NDJ have been available.

Personally I hope that Tevez starts on the bench on Sunday and stays there. Other players like Kolorov, Milner, Dzeko, Johnson and even Kolo Toure have contributed more to winning the league title. They should be allowed to enjoy the experience. We don't need Tevez to beat QPR surely.
