The pastes that you can get from Grace, Jamaica Sun etc are really good to make your own as well, they are hotter than the restaurant stuff as well. Goes really well with all meats especially chicken, belly pork, salmon and trout.

One of the nicest things on Earth! I'm going to try and make my own seasoning paste soon.
