CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Conversation in a whatsapp group I am in.

'Why are you surprised? The Arabs probably gave them a few million back handers to make it go away'
'Yup and their £8m fine they got reduced from £31m, just one week's change from their petrol money'

All comments from rags. I haven't and won't comment as I know from experience that they get even saltier if I say nothing.
 
So in a nutshell, the alleged wrongdoings that formed the basis of their imposed 2 year ban were either relating to events over 5 years ago, which by their own fucking rules cannot be punishable. Or they were alleged wrongdoings with next to nothing evidential to support them? And the fine was most likely because we were frustrated and pissed off for having provided them with all the evidence they needed and still being hounded for more. So we probably told them to do one.

Is that about right?
 
Excellent news,city only have couple journalists on theirs side,there are many people with half a brain which does not
understand why ban was overturn.
 
Finally I can watch football truly relaxed and happy knowing that there's no one pulling on that rug beneath me but surely those that did this for years, and labelled us as cheats must face some consequences?
