'Effectively state owned' is at least a step up from 'state owned', small steps and all that \o/But is he going to name either participant, and is there any solid proof of who met and what was said?
Otherwise it could be just the sort of inventive narrative that usually comes in our direction, and he still calls us 'effectively state owned'...

i've just re-listened and it answers many of the questions often discussed on here.
No court will tell the PL to end the investigation. Not in any court's remit to do so.They'll keep the investigation going until they are told by the courts to end it.
That way everyone can say we were guilty, but got off on a technicality.
And no-one has to worry about that pesky evidence stuff.
