Der Spiegel released the emails in November 2018 (presumably when UEFA started investigations although not necessarily officially), UEFA announced the 2 year ban in Feb 2020, CAS overturned it in July 2020.

This article confirms City was charged by UEFA in May 2019, with the judgement and punishment delivered in February 2020.

Would you care to give us the evidence that supports your position that City was investigated by UEFA, charged by UEFA, and punished by UEFA all within a period of 24 hours? On here will be ok, so everyone gets the benefit of your insight. Oh, and perhaps omit the personal abuse too.
