CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

How did Uefa push for all this? We all knew that they couldn’t revisit the settlements in 2014 and that emails needed to be shown in their entire context. Two points that have been covered to death on here shoots down Uefas case. This should have never got near the CAS and if Uefa wants to learn and evolve from here, there needs to be massive reform within the organisation.

Harris already after the detail of how we didn't co-operate. Snivelling little sod. Water off a ducks back now mate.
A few sponsorship announcements in the summer, the Sane money. Maybe even a few sales (Zin/Stones/Gundo) could get us right in the mix for big signings. Get Garcia extenstion as priority and extend any other key players immediately. Back to our best in no time.

Replacing Aguero has to be our priority after centre backs.. wonder if COVID might allow a splurge.

After winning a comprehensive legal victory, and having endured unprecedented levels of animosity from individuals and organizations Khaldoon says "time to move on".
Despite almost everything they've said on the issue being proved false the likes of Delaney,Conn and Roan keep digging that hole they've found themselves in.
The difference between class and c.... i suppose.
We do our talking by winning.

Not sure why so many opposition fans are saying we've now destroyed FFP.

Surely, City's argument wasn't "We've broken FFP - but we say the idea of FFP is wrong"

... it was simply "We accept FFP but we haven't broken it".

Quite different.

Rent free in their heads lol

They’re just sad and bitter because we pumped them 4-0 the match after they’d won it, they aren’t breaching 100 points, they aren’t winning multiple trophies this season, they can’t watch the players lift the trophy, no one gives a shit about the league this season because of Covid, they have to put an asterisk next to their title as a third of the games have been played behind closed doors, they have to live in Liverpool, they have to watch Henderson and Milner week in week out, no one else understands their accent and they are all inbreeding degenerates with a liking for violence.
What's not to like?

Sky Sports,

What about the Premier League investigation into Manchester City?
As well as the UEFA investigation, Manchester City are also being investigated by the Premier League over financial issues, academy recruitment and third-party ownership.

That Premier League investigation - which has been running since March 2019 - remains ongoing

I did'nt know we were under investigation for 3rd party ownership?

I must admit I haven't really followed the Premier League investigation... any idea what punishment we might be looking at this if we were found guilty?
